This Jacobs-Center-funded project investigates how late childhood/adolescent peer victimization affects behavioral and neural responses during social decision making in young adults using a subset of the z-proso longitudinal sample. Specifically, we test how experiences of peer physical or relational victimization between the ages of 11 - 17 years old influence brain structure, function, and social decision-making at 20-21 years of age.  I will present a mix of concrete results about brain structure and current work-in-progress in regard to behavior and brain function.
