MRI Beginners Workshop

Monday, 30th and Tuesday, 31st of January 2023, 09:30 - 16:00 h, AND 4.06, Andreasstrasse 15, 8050 Zurich

A beginners workshop for analysis of fMRI data will be organized by the Brainfood peer mentoring group, consisting of JCPYD doctoral students and supported by the Graduate Campus, and the NMR Kids Lab (Prof. Nora Raschle).

The workshop aims to introduce the participants to fMRI parameters, preprocessing, and fundamental analysis steps with functional imaging data. We thus recommend it to all interested students, even if no or little prior experience exists. 

The workshop will take place from 9:30 to 16:00 on the 30. and 31. January 2023 at AND 4.06, Andreasstrasse 15, 8050 Zurich. To participate, a laptop with running Matlab (version 2019 and later) and SPM12 is required. There is a free students’ licence for Matlab provided by the University of Zurich. We can send you detailed instructions how to install SPM12 if needed.
