On the 14th May the Population Research Center Popstats group and the R Peer Mentoring Group joined forces to host a roundtable discussion on the topic Establishing causality: an impossible goal in observational research? Perspectives from different research fields
Prof. Christopher Pryce from the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich and Dr. Miquel Serra Buriel from the Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Prevention Institute at UZH discussed what causality means in their field of research, and a fascinating discussion ensued.
