The business manager supports the director of the Jacobs Center in all conceptual, planning and organizational work.
The tasks of the business manager include:
- Management of the infrastructure sectors secretariat, events of the JC and IT section
- Financial/credit planning and controlling
- Further resource planning: personnel, infrastructure
- Reporting (annual report, etc.)
- Process organization and ongoing optimization of structures and processes
- Coordination of public relations
- Coordination of internal communication with content editing and ensuring accurate, uniform information
- Management of working groups and representation in faculty-specific committees
